Roberts Cooking Oils
Our cooking oils are made using soybeans from which the oil is extracted and refined before bottling. Our soybean oils are heart healthy as they are high in poly- and monounsaturated fats, which can improve cardiovascular health including heart disease prevention and lowering of blood pressure and LDL cholesterol.
They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E – an antioxidant that stops cell damage that may lead to conditions like heart disease and cancer. These oils are cholesterol free and contain 0g trans-fat per serving.
Our oils have virtually no flavour or aroma letting full flavours of foods prepared with them to stand out. The high smoke point at 465ºF makes soybean oil excellent for frying foods quickly and easily. Not only are they great for frying but ideal too for baking and drizzling on salads.
