Mocha Mousse

1Pulse eggs in the food processor for 3 minutes until fluffy.

2Pulse in chocolate chips for two minutes, until well ground.

3Pulse in Velvo Kris, espresso, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut sugar.

4Then process for another minute.

5Mixture will be the consistency of mousse.

6Spoon into four small ramekins or dessert cups, top with whipped cream (optional) and chocolate drops then serve.


4 eggs

½ cup chocolate (drops)

1/3 cup Roberts Velvo Kris Shortening

1 tablespoon espresso (organic decaf, finely ground)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

Whipped cream (optional)
