During Caribbean Week in New York, Roberts partnered with the BTMI to showcase the rich flavours and culture of Barbados through a series of memorable experiences. The celebrations began with their Dine with a Bajan series, where travel advisors and media enjoyed an authentic Bajan culinary experience hosted by Jessica Odle-Baril and Robert Baril, highlighting the island’s vibrant food heritage.

The festivities continued at Oistins in Brooklyn, where visitors experienced a true taste of home through salted caramel brownies crafted by a Barbadian baker, explored the RMCO Cookbook, discovered Roberts products, and learned where to purchase them. A weekend filled with food, and meaningful connections with the Barbadian diaspora, the events celebrated the warmth, flavour, and spirit of Barbados while strengthening ties with the overseas community.
