With over two decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry within the manufacturing sector, she is known for driving innovation, inspiring high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth.
She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BSc. in Marketing from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Her career spans leadership roles across the Caribbean’s most respected manufacturing brands.
Prior to joining Roberts Manufacturing, she led strategic growth through product innovation and market expansion at Dairy Industries (Jamaica), a division of the GraceKennedy Group.
Before GraceKennedy, she was instrumental in driving innovation for Reggae Jammin under the Jamaica Broilers Group, contributing to its strong regional identity and consumer loyalty.
