David Hadeed is the current Sector Head of Packaging at the ANSA McAL Group, overseeing a regional network of packaging companies including Carib Glassworks and ANSA Polymer, now merged to form ANSA Packaging. With over 25 years of executive experience, he has led companies across the Caribbean in manufacturing and distribution.
Hadeed began his career at ANSA McAL in 1997 and rose through the ranks to become Managing Director of Carib Glassworks Ltd. Under his leadership, the company won the TTMA Manufacturer of the Year (Large) award.
In 2021, he was appointed Managing Director of the newly merged ANSA Packaging and later became the Group’s Packaging Sector Head. He led the team to achieve FSSC 22000 food safety certification in 2025.
David holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Boston University, an MBA from the University of Miami, and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program. He has served on the boards of several ANSA subsidiaries and is a director of the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry & Commerce.
