Natalie Abrahams

Natalie Abrahams is the Chief Executive Officer of Digicel (Barbados) Limited, charged with delivering the brand’s consumer and corporate Digital Operator strategy. She has over twenty-five (25) years’ experience with small to large enterprises across the Caribbean in Operations, strategic Human Resources leadership and management consulting services.

She possesses end-to-end expertise encompassing strategy development and execution, business process improvement, organisation design and re-engineering, systems implementation, change management, communications, employee and industrial relations and business development.

Mrs. Abrahams has led policy, customer experience and transformation in the energy,
telecommunications and Fast-moving Consumer Goods sectors where she has led the ICT, Human Resources, and facilities functions. She has led transformation as a regional advisor in the professional
services industry, providing advisory services across several sectors, including regional coordination and execution of donor-funded projects with international agencies such as the Caribbean Development Bank, the Global Fund and the Department for International Development (DfID).

Apart from her role as mentor and coach to young women, and advocate for Women in Leadership programs across multiple industries, Mrs. Abrahams is a founding member of the Barbados Chapter of the International Women’s Forum focused on advancing women’s leadership and championing equality.

Mrs. Abrahams sits on the Council of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is the representative for the local ICT sector. She has served as 2nd Vice-President on the Council of the Barbados Employers’ Confederation, and is a member of the HR Advisory Council of the Ministry of Labour. She has also served on the Board of Management of Queen’s College and the Barbados Broadcasting Authority, and various other Boards. She holds a Master of Business
Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies, First Class Honours from the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies. She speaks and writes on leadership, gender, digital transformation, and the world of work and has been featured by the United Nations, Caribbean Development Bank, Ministry of Labour, Caribbean Catalyst Inc. and various publications.
