Jonathon Hart is Managing Director of Roberts Manufacturing Co. Limited, one of Barbados’
leading manufacturers and a growing regional player in the food manufacturing sector.
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, distribution,
services, sales and general management, Jonathon has built his career around leading businesses
through growth, operational improvement and changing market environments.
Since joining Roberts Manufacturing in October 2025, he has helped steer the company through
a significant period in its evolution, including its historic transition to becoming a publicly listed
company on the Barbados Stock Exchange in 2026. He continues to lead the company’s focus on
strengthening operational performance and building regional competitiveness, while positioning
Roberts for its next phase of sustainable growth.
Before taking the helm at Roberts Manufacturing, Jonathon served as General Manager of the
Manufacturing and Distribution Division at the Chefette Group of Companies and held senior
leadership roles with Automotive Art across the Caribbean.
He holds an MBA from Durham University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Commerce
from Saint Mary’s University in Canada.
