Kristal-Anne Ally-Clarke is the Head of Production and Supply Chain, bringing over a decade of experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and supply chain management within complex industrial environments. She holds a BSc in Chemical and Processing Engineering from The University of the West Indies and is a Certified Chief Operating Officer.
Throughout her career, Kristal-Anne has led multidisciplinary teams across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, cost performance and product reliability. She has received professional training across the Caribbean, South America, and Central America, strengthening her regional perspective on operational excellence and industrial best practices.
Kristal-Anne believes that people are at the center of optimization. She champions the development of internal technical competency and strong customer centricity, leveraging data-driven insights to align teams, improve systems, and build resilient operations that deliver sustainable value across the supply chain.
